Tampines Rovers Football Club has announced a landmark partnership with Official Main Sponsor, Japanese firm FB Management Group Co., Ltd. (FBMG), marking the start of an ambitious new chapter for one of Singapore's most decorated and historic clubs.
The collaboration is built on two central pillars: a commitment to support and engage the local community, and a shared drive to help Tampines Rovers achieve their ambition of becoming one of the best clubs in Asia.
As part of the partnership, FBMG will support a series of recurring outreach programmes for children within the Tampines community, reinforcing the club's longstanding role as a cornerstone of the neighbourhood it represents.
With a shared guiding principle of excellence, the company will also be part of supporting the club's AFC Champions League Two (ACL Two) content, joining hands with The Stags as they continue to fly Singapore's flag on the continental stage.
Tampines Rovers FC Chairman Shungo Sakamoto had this to say about the collaboration: “This partnership is about more than football. FBMG shares our values and our vision - to give back to the community that has supported us, and to push ourselves to compete with the very best in Asia. Together, we want to continue making Singapore proud with Tampines Football on the continental stage."
Kazuho Yamada, Chief Executive Officer, FBMG, mentions: “We are delighted to have entered into this partnership agreement with Tampines Rovers FC, one of Singapore's leading clubs with a history of over 80 years. We are confident that this partnership - built on a shared vision and involving the mutual sharing of knowledge and experience - will contribute to the development of both parties.”
With FBMG's backing, Tampines Rovers aim to deepen their grassroots impact while raising their competitive ambitions on both the domestic and Asian fronts, ushering in what both parties describe as an exciting new era for the club.
