Back-to-back league titles in 2004 and 2005 and won the 2005 ASEAN Club Championship

2011 - 2013
Three-peat defending champions

2019

Won the Singapore Cup and Charity Shield under coach Gavin Lee

2021

Qualified for the AFC Champions League group stage - first Singaporean club to do so since 2010

2023

Announced a three-year partnership with BG Pathum United (Thailand)

Rebranded to BG Tampines Rovers FC starting from the 2024 season

2025

Won the Community Shield
